About Maharishi Chyawan Medical College, Koriawas:

Established in 2025, The foundation stone of the Maharishi Chyawan Medical College was laid by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in December 2018 while its construction work was started in 2019 at an estimated cost of Rs 500 crore. At that time, it was claimed that the project would be completed within two years but it remained in a limbo during the Covid period.

Being established over 76 acres, the project comprises a hospital with 810 beds along with the college building. The campus will also have hostels for boys and girls, four types of residences for doctors and other employees, an administrative block, an Ayush block, a guest house, mortuary and a sports complex.
