Bihar NEET UG Counselling has entered its second phase. This gives medical students another opportunity to secure seats at top private and government medical colleges in the state. This round, conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board(BCECEB), is important for students who either were not allocated a seat in Round 1, or wish to upgrade college choice. It's important that you understand the fee structure applicable to Round 2 for both counselling and security deposits.
